Our concept of Sailing Yacht-Cruises combines the advantages of both, the world of cruises, with active or passive sailing on a small yacht.

It addresses the large market niche between charter yachts and large cruise ships and hence there are no competitors. The number of passengers is growing steadily, and so far we have not encountered any of the pricing pressure of large cruises nor have we been affected by the economy's cyclical fluctuations.

Our yachts are classified as small passenger vessels according to the Dutch CCV-Code "Commercial Cruising Vessel" and registered under Dutch flag within the international shipping registry.

We professionally operate the yachts navigated by a certified commercial captain and crew. Both guests and crew are insured just like on a cruise-vessel.

Our earnings underlie the Dutch tonnage tax and we can guarantee our investors (starting at 100 000 EUR) an interesting post-tax rate of return.

Currently we are looking for investors for the construction of our third yacht named RHEA.
